Goals

I have categorised my goals in to the following so that i don’t dream too much and lose the hope

ULTIMATE LONG TERM GOAL:

To get into shape with a ripped body with fat % between 9-12 with ofcourse the six packs and chiseled chest.

12 months Goal:

To lose the flab and look fab. Get my Fat % to 12-16.

3 months Goal:

To lose fat as much as possible and gain lean muscle weight. i want to get my fat % to under 20%.

Daily Goal:

To eat healthy, workout with dedication and sleep with a satisfied mind.
