Day 3 – The Recovery

It was a late morning for me. Got up at 9.30 am with pain in my abs. Was wondering will it pop out so soon ?

Had gone out with a friend and almost walked 3-4 kms around the city in the scorching sun.

Had 4 slices of Wheat Bread with 2 Egg whites and 1 whole egg for breakfast.

Had a glass of Sapota juice at around 11.30.

For lunch i had 3 chapati’s with curds and a banana.

Before leaving to golf at around 3.30 pm i had a medium bowl of Strawberry Cornflakes and lots of water around 1 litre.

Pre workout i had a medium serving of vegetable salad.

Gym

Today was lower body workout.

Quadriceps
Leg Presses 12,10,8,6,12
Leg Extensions 12,10

Hamstrings

Straight-Leg Deadlifts 12,10,8,6,12
Lying Leg Curls 12,10

Calves

Seated Calf Raises 12,10,8,6,12
Standing Heel Raises 12,10

Biceps

Barbell Curl 10,10,10

Well the extra barbell curl was just to pump my biceps. Hope it doesnt affect in the muscle growth.

Post workout i had 2 chapati’s , 1 glass of Watermelon juice and a Bhel Puri ( good to fill up ).
