Day 1 – The Art of Start

I got up at 6.30 a glass of Warm Water.
The went for a 3 km jog. did some strecting exercises.

Had a small Banana and small portion of Upma at 8.30 am.

Went Swimming – 0.5 kms brest stroke.

1 glass of Protien Shake with Milk and 2 EGG whites 11.30 am.

Small Bowl of Rice at around 2 pm.

Small Bowl of Cornflakes at around 4 pm.

GYM

Manual treadmill – 5 min brisk walk.

Push ups – 10,10

Pull ups – 7,4

Barbell Bench Press – 12,10,8,6,12
Cable Crossovers – 12

wide-grip lat pulldown – 12,10,8,6,12
one-arm dumbbell rows – 12

Seated Dumbbell Press – 12,10,8,6,12
upright barbell rows – 12

alternate dumbbell curls – 12,10,8,6,12
preacher curls – 12

triceps pushdowns – 12,10,8,6,12
bench dips – 12

Treadmill – 5 min steady walk

2 chapthi’s with greens ( 2 small bowl )
