Day 11 – Break from Bloging not from working out

I have been little busy laterly. Started freelancing small projects. Havent had time to blog about my progress. I wanted to inform all you guys that am still in the race and doing my routine on time and eating healthy food. I am not able to find time to write the blog. I wil make sure to fill up the pages as soon as i finish mylast exam on 19th ( coming monday )

Day 7 – The Treat

Its my first sunday always been waiting for it. Had 2 chapati’s and vegetables.

Went out for lunch to grab my share of proteins. Ate Boiled chicken 100 grams and 100 grams of chicken done Tandoori style. It was a heavy lunch.

Had a glass of Watermelon Juice.

Had 1 Nan and Gravy based Vegetables and Curd Rice.

Day 6 – Last day of the week

I ahve to still get used to my gyming routine. I am in pain. Couldnt make it for a jog or a swim.

Had 2 dosa in the morning.

Had some work so went out and had a 3+ kms walk at the same time

Had a Medium serving of Banana Cornflakes.

2 chapati’s and greens.

Went for Golf practice.

3 Egg Whites.

GYM

20 min Treadmill (medium to high intensity).

Abs and Obliques Workout for half an hour. Upper body was kinda stiff so took more time to complete the exercises.

1 glass of Mango juice no sugar added. Not sure if i could have this at the sight of mango i couldnt control myself and went in for it.

Shared a Pani Puri With a Friend. :(

2 Chapati’s and small serving of Rice.

Day 5 – No to pain Killers

Well after a full body workout this week all i get isbody pain and no result. Patience!!!

Well I got up and went to the pool only to see its CLOSED on FRIDAYS. Damn.

Had a medium serving of Avalaki Upitu.

Had a medium serving of Straberry Cornflakes.

2 chapati’s and vegetables for lunch

Went to play Golf.

Had a glass of Protein Shake.

Day 4 – The Rest

It was a pretty early morning. The weather was cloudy and gloomy. The Body was aching from head to toes. Still jumped into the shoes and took the jog. I felt less tired after jog or i was too tired from yesterday that the muscle couldnt ache more. I had carrot with chapati’s and a glass of protein shake at 7.30 am.

At 11 i had a medium serving of Banana Flakes.I had 2 slices of Wheat bread and 2 Egg Whites.

At 2 pm i had 3 corn Roti’s and bringal vegetables and little rice and buttermilk.

I wasn’t hungry in the evening had lots of water all long.

I had a small serving of fresh strawberry with vanila icecream. I know, i know it was cheating.
